& Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and cricexx (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the cricexx website, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the cricexx platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of cricexx and, where applicable, close your account. Continued use of the cricexx platform following any published update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.

cricexx reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable legal requirements. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the cricexx website. Where a change is material, cricexx will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification.

Deposits

cricexx accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your cricexx wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the chosen payment method and network conditions.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. cricexx does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated cricexx account suspended pending investigation.

cricexx does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider. cricexx is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, including bKash, Nagad, or bank networks.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by cricexx within one to three business days of request submission, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

cricexx reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by our automated fraud-monitoring systems or where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds defined internal thresholds. This is a standard financial security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

cricexx offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and T20 World Cup.

All cricexx bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. The standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount, meaning that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳30,000 before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is always stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which take precedence over this general provision.

Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire after a defined period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. The exact expiry period is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically at the time of expiry without further notice.

cricexx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including in cases where cricexx reasonably believes that a promotion is being abused, exploited, or manipulated. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing low-risk hedge bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, players may only claim each promotion once. Claiming a promotion more than once — whether through the same account or through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By using cricexx, you agree that you will at all times:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information in all interactions with cricexx, including during registration, KYC verification, and support communications.
• Use cricexx solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose without the prior written consent of the Operator.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any cricexx system, database, account, or network infrastructure by any means whatsoever.
• Not engage in any form of collusion, cheating, money laundering, fraud, or other dishonest conduct in connection with your use of cricexx.
• Not use cricexx to process payments on behalf of third parties or to facilitate any form of unlicensed financial services activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling, data privacy, and financial transactions.
• Promptly notify cricexx if you become aware of any error, discrepancy, or technical vulnerability that could affect the fairness or integrity of any game or transaction. Taking advantage of a known error rather than reporting it is a breach of these Terms.
• Not engage in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing behaviour toward cricexx staff, other players, or any third party encountered through the cricexx platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the cricexx support team via live chat or email at support@cricexx. Upon receiving a closure request, cricexx will process any verified outstanding withdrawal balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are processed immediately and are subject to the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Suspension or Closure by cricexx

cricexx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, cheating, or any other dishonest conduct.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or exploits on the platform.
• Initiation of an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the player, cricexx reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play, at its sole discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
